The MSBA's Tax Section Presents

"Judicial Review of U.S. Tax Court Cases from Petition to Decision"

The Honorable Judge Kathleen Kerrigan will talk to practitioners about her recent appointment to the United States Tax Court. She will also give her perspective of how United States Tax Court judges review United States Tax Court cases starting from the filing of a petition through the final decision. Lunch will be served from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. Judge Kerrigan will speak from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
