"Clients and Diminished Capacity Issues"
Join your Probate & Trust Section colleagues for a networking lunch and noon-hour CLE. The intent of the CLE is to provide information to attorneys to help them navigate the challenges of working with clients who may have capacity issues. Some of the issues to be discussed include:
- Determining client capacity;
- Preserving the client's confidentiality; and
- Utilizing advanced directives or identifying appropriate actions necessary to protect the client.
