Section Membership
As of June 21, 2013, the Section has 165 members. This is a 6% decrease in membership from 2012. The section continues to work on membership recruitment and is using the “join the section and attend the CLE at no cost” effectively.
Financial Status
The Section had an account balance of $4,293.31 as of June 3, 2013.

Annual Meeting and Election Results
The Section’s Annual Meeting was held on May 8, 2013 at Cooper Pub in St. Louis Park.
The following council members were elected to serve on the Section’s Governing Council from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014:

Other Section Accomplishments
The Practice Management and Marketing Section continues to sponsor and moderate the highly successful SoloSmall Listserv which is open to any MSBA member interested in solo and small law firms regardless of section membership. The section also had a goal of averaging 20 attendees for each of its CLE programs. The section met this goal, with 168 attendees for its eight CLE programs, an average of 21 per program.
