The practice of law is based on relationships – with clients, potential clients and referral sources. Personal networking is still THE BEST way to create and sustain those relationships. But networking comes with a risk –violating the Rules of Professional Conduct

How do you network successfully and within the boundaries of legal ethics? This session will show you! You will learn how to target your networking activities, what to say and what not to say, how to use social media as part of your networking, and how to handle referral fees, all from a practicing lawyer who does not just teach the rules, he abides by them.

Refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received in writing on or before noon on the registration deadline. Requests should be directed to the event contact person listed at the bottom of this notice. Cancellation requests received after this time are not eligible for refunds. You may send a colleague in your place if you are unable to join us and the registration deadline has passed.
