• CLEAN OUT THOSE CLOSETS!!  MSBA NEW LAWYERS WANT your gently used or new winter coats! 

  Help keep those in need warm this winter by donating your gently used or new winter coats.  Bring them to our next meeting on December 9, 2010 and we will bring them to various Twin Cities charities for their winter coat drives.  Let’s work together to keep everyone in our community warm this winter!  (Children’s coats are especially needed).

"Divorce 101"

Learn the basics of divorce law in Minnesota from case filing through post-decree relief. The presentation will cover the general process for divorce proceedings, the basic components of a divorce decree, and the various forms of ADR available to divorcing couples. The presenters will provide an overview of custody determinations under Minnesota law as well as a brief explanation of the Minnesota child support law.
