Experience/Training
I have received the Minnesota CLE Mediation Training 30 hours and Annual Recertification.
I am on the list of Minnesota Supreme Court Approved Arbitrators/Mediators.

Mediation
I have mediated three employment disputes in the last 18 months. In addition, I serve on the Board of Arbitrators/Mediators for the St. Paul/Minneapolis Archdiocese and have handled three mediations in recent years.

I also have handled a large number of arbitrations before FMCS designated arbitrators representing clients.

Familiarity and Experience with State and Federal Labor and Employment Laws
I have specialized in labor and employment practice for the last 30 years and have had numerous appearances in both State and Federal Court on labor and employment matters and have made numerous appearances before the NLRB.

I have also been a participant in the Minnesota CLE Annual Labor and Employment Law Seminrs and Conferences since 1976.

Factors Relevant to Ability to Mediate Employment Disputes
Based on experience and interest, I believe I am well-qualified to mediate employment disputes.
