"Hostile Work Environments: Beyond Sexual Harassment"
Please join the MSBA Labor & Employment Law Section and your fellow investigators for breakfast and a timely seminar. Krista Hatcher and Brian Rochel will discuss the current legal landscape regarding hostile work environment claims that do not involve sexual harassment. They will discuss LaMont v. Independent School District No. 728, the hostile work environment case regarding gender that is pending in front of the Minnesota Supreme Court, as well as examine both state and federal case law related to hostile work environment claims based on race, sexual orientation, age and other areas of protected status.
