Please join the MSBA Labor & Employment Law Section and your fellow investigators for breakfast and a timely seminar. Bruce J. Douglas and David E. Schlesinger will discuss religious discrimination claims from the prospective of both plaintiffs and defendants. They will focus in particular on religious accommodation claims involving Muslim workers’ requests for time to pray at work. This program is aimed at helping investigators, plaintiff and defense counsel better assist clients in religious discrimination matters.
