Martin Ho and Sue Stingley will discuss the recent rulings by the Minnesota Supreme Court, Taylor v. LSI, and the U.S. Supreme Court, Thompson v North American Stainless. The holdings of these cases, and their implications for investigating and litigating marital status discrimination cases, will be discussed.
