The International Business Law Section had an account balance of $7,557.43 as of June 27, 2013.
Continuing Legal Education Programs and Social Events
The Section hosted seven CLE programs in fiscal year 2012-13. In addition, the International Business Law Section co-sponsored the Annual International Business Law Institute with Minnesota CLE. The Institute featured 6.0 Standard CLE credits and was well attended with 71 participants. The Section also sponsored two social events in 2012-13, a Holiday Dinner in December and a dinner in conjunction with the Section’s annual meeting and elections in June.

The International Business Law Section did not submit any legislative proposals or amicus briefs in the 2012-13 term.
Annual Meeting and Election Results
The Section’s annual meeting and elections were held on June 27, 2013, at The Cooper Pub in St. Louis Park, MN.
