Please join your Health Law Section colleagues for a very timely update on the status of the Minnesota health insurance exchange, on the day of the HHS deadline for states to deliver their blueprint plans for exchanges. Our expert panelists, Mary Foarde, Dannette Coleman (both members of the Health Insurance Exchange Task Force), and Manny Munson-Regala, Assistant to the Commissioner at the MN Department of Health, will provide you with valuable insight on MN’s blueprint submission, next steps, the effect of the outcome in the presidential election, and the implications for your clients.
