Mission
To provide programs for members to gain insight into FDA regulation and enforcement of medical devices, drugs, foods and dietary supplements.
Membership
Members include attorneys and paralegals from food, drug, medical device and cosmetic companies, government agencies, law firms, as well as students and others interested in the field.
Section-Only Membership Category
You don’t have to be an attorney to join this section! A member of the public who is not eligible for MSBA membership and who works in the area of food, drug & device law is welcome to join the section as a section-only member.
