Please join your Food & Drug Law colleagues for breakfast and to learn more about Biosimilars. Kathy Kowalchyk will provide an overview of the science, patent law, FDA law and European law as it applies to Biosimilars. Following this overview, Professor Chris Holman will discuss the likely trends in legislation concerning biosimilars. He will also share insights into how litigation might not be standard fare based on past cases.
