Facebook: Opposing counsel, parties and witnesses in your cases are using Facebook to gather (and publish) information relevant to your case. Attorneys from Cooper & Reid, LLC will show you how to optimize Facebook's features and privacy settings to gather information and control what you and your client share on this powerful social networking platform. Attorneys are encouraged to bring laptops to explore Facebook and set up a law firm page.
