"Minnesota General Rules of Practice for the District Courts"

The CLE will be an examination and discussion of the Proposed Rules of Family Court, which can be accessed HERE. Please read the Rules prior to the meeting. The result of the discussion will be a letter incorporating any recommended modifications or additions to the Proposed Rules. The Family Law Section's Public Comment on the Rules will also be discussed. All members are urged to attend either in person or remotely.
