ITEM OF INTEREST
The Advocacy Committee of the Elder Law Section is creating an index and decision bank of DHS appeals on topics of interest to elder law practitioners. The purpose of the project is to provide a more useful database than is currently provided by the DHS on its website. The database index will break the cases down by their county, judge, topic and a summary and the decision bank will include all of the featured appeals. If you have gathered DHS decisions, please email them to mnelderlawadvocacy@gmail.com in Word format. Watch for more information about this exciting project!
