National Healthcare Decisions Day is not until April 16th, but the holiday season is the perfect time of the year to encourage your clients to speak up to their loved ones about their end of life preferences. The Medical Assistance Committee is a study group to analyze Elder Law Section member questions and case studies and to discuss administrative policies and procedures in relation to Medical Assistance in Minnesota.
