Financial Exploitation. Minn. Stat. § 626.557, Subd. 20 authorizes a private cause of action for financial exploitation allowing the plaintiff to recover treble damages, but no less than $10,000, and “reasonable attorney fees and costs,” including reasonable guardian/conservator fees.
