Join your Criminal Law Section colleagues for the Section's Annual Meeting and Elections, featuring a timely CLE entitled, "What Jurors Want and How to Give It to Them--Issues with Forensic Evidence."
Prosecutors, defenders and DNA experts will address issues such as:
- How should the existence of CSI-style evidence in a new file influence your preparation for litigation?
- Is a case potentially easier to settle with more or less complex scientific evidence?
- What are the difficulties with witness availability when DNA and other potentially confusing evidence is required?
