Contracts are the critical ties that bind every organization; however, contracts created in isolation of business needs can create their own levels of risk and/or cost. The goal of the contract should not be to eliminate any and all risk but to identify the risks and appropriately manage them. Walk away with tools to better execute and negotiate fair and reasonable contracts on a timely basis.
