Please join us for the Legislative review, designed specifically to address the interests and needs of construction law practitioners. Gary Thaden and Dean Thomson will bring you up to date on the legislation enacted by the Minnesota Legislature in 2010 that might impact your clients or your practice. In addition, they will take a look at next year's session and share their appraisal of what issues legislators will be facing and what, if any, legislation might be enacted in this area.
