"ECI vs. Bolduc – Where Do We Go From Here?"

Dave Hammargren and Patrick Lee-O’Halloran will briefly discuss the Supreme Court’s reasoning and conclusions in ECI vs. Bolduc, followed by a discussion (with input and comments welcome from the audience) of the implications, if any, the Supreme Court’s decision has for attorneys representing upstream and downstream participants in the construction process. The program will conclude with a review of various legislative initiatives that have been spawned in the wake of the Bolduc decision.
