Forensic evidence from mobile phones is frequently relevant and can help you successfully prosecute or defend your criminal case and litigate your civil case.  A new, more effective alternative to business records from the mobile phone service provider is now available. Much more information, including deleted information, is immediately accessible with no red tape by extraction directly from the ditital device. GPS (Global Positioning System) evidence can be extracted and used to show the nexus between time and place providing answers to the all-important ”when” and “where” questions.  Are there issues getting this new form of evidence admitted in court? What about search and seizure of small scale digital devices?
