More than 10 years after passage of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, developments in technology may bring into question whether additional statutory changes are necessary — bringing copyright law further into the digital realm.
Please join Chris Hilberg and Damien Riehl, who will lead the roundtable discussion about topics such as the recent music downloading trials (including one in the District of Minnesota), penalties for copyright infringement, podcasting and Internet broadcasts, and the status of fair use.
Please register by Friday, September 4, 2009.
