"The Transformation Order: One Year Later"

The year following the Transformation Order has been tumultuous and full of litigation. A panel will examine the implementation of the Order, how it has impacted Minnesota telecommunications companies and what we expect in the next year of federal regulation related to the Order. The panel will also review the status of related litigation.

Cancellation Policy:
