Courts increasingly expect lawyers to meet and confer on e-discovery issues and cooperate to resolve related disputes. During this brownbag CLE lunch program, MSBA ESI Working Group 4 will put on a mock meet and confer between counsel on a host of e-discovery issues and discuss methods for satisfying e-discovery obligations and expectations. In-house counsel and a member of the bench will also provide insight into the meet and confer process.
