Experienced members of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and a district court judge present this litigation and trial-focused CLE that examines the importance of civility in our profession. The panel will discuss the core values of our profession, honesty, integrity and civility, why we all must strive to cultivate those values, and how we cultivate those
values through our approach to cases, clients, and other counsel.
