MSBA Business Law Section

The MSBA Business Law Section drafts, proposes, and reviews legislation such as improvements to the Business Corporation Act, the Uniform Partnership Act, the Limited Liability Companies Act, the Uniform Commercial Code, and the Non-profit Corporation Act. Committees monitor developments in their specific areas.

The section plans to publish a quarterly newsletter, conducts an annual Business Law Institute in conjunction with Minnesota CLE, presents breakfast and lunch hour CLE programs, and offers pro bono opportunities for business attorneys in Minnesota.
