Please join the Business Law Section UCC Committee for a discussion of issues relating to creating, perfecting, establishing priority, and enforcing security interests in intellectual property. 

Specific discussion will relate to what provisions of the UCC are preempted by federal law and for what types of collateral.  Collateral addressed includes patents, trademarks (registered and unregistered), and copyrights (registered and unregistered).
