The MSBA's Business Law UCC & Commercial Finance Committee

The UCC & Commercial Finance Committee of the Minnesota State Bar Association will meet on Tuesday, September 14, at 3:30 p.m. at the MSBA offices, 600 Nicollet Mall, Suite 380, Minneapolis, MN 55402.

The principal purpose of the meeting will be to review the proposed amendments to Article 9 of the UCC that have been promulgated by the American Law Institute and the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws, with an eye toward passage of the amendments in the 2011 legislative session.

A copy of the proposed amendments is attached.
