Each year, the Bankruptcy Section recognizes individuals who have delivered outstanding pro bono legal services in the bankruptcy and debtor-creditor areas.

Purpose

The Bankruptcy Section promotes interaction and education among practitioners of debtor/creditor law, bankruptcy judges, and the public through regular meetings, educational programs, a mentoring program, and pro bono services.
