Chief Justice Gildea will provide opening remarks introducing the new Commissioner of the  Minnesota Supreme Court, Rita Coyle DeMeules.  Then, David Herr will moderate a panel discussion during which Justice Gildea, Justice Page, and Justice Dietzen will share their insights on the qualities of effective appellate advocacy, including brief writing, oral argument, and answering the Court's questions.
