Pet Wills

Estate planning regarding pets and companion animals is an area of concern for many attorneys and their clients. The Humane Society of the United States offers a free kit on providing for pets in wills. The Animal Law Section takes no position on the value of these materials, and the provision of a link to the materials should not be taken as an indication of support for the ideas contained therein.
