Other Section Accomplishments:
The topics covered at our CLE’s were chosen based on their ability to “improve the practice and elevate the standards” of ADR in Minnesota, as prescribed by our bylaws. Despite the market forces that cause mediators and other ADR providers to conduct processes that conform to expectations of lawyers, rather than the needs of clients, our focus remained clear. We continued to discuss and explore how to provide better, more ethical services to our clients. At the end of the year, we elected an executive council who will remain committed to these values.
