11/23/2011 ADR Section is awarded the A. M. "Sandy" Keith Alternative Dispute Resolution Award
The Board of Directors of the Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) is awarding the A. M. "Sandy" Keith Alternative Dispute Resolution Award to the ADR Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. This award has been developed to recognize an individual or group that has demonstrated commitment to the promotion and support of the use of ADR, particularly in the East Metro area of the Twin Cities.
The award will be presented at DRC's 29th Anniversary and Volunteer Recognition Celebration, which will be held the evening of Wednesday, December 14, at the Cedarhurst Mansion, 6940 Keats Ave South in Cottage Grove.
ADR Section Grant Program - 2012 Application and Criteria
The ADR Section is currently accepting applications for its annual grant program. Each year, the Section awards up to $5,000.00 to nonprofit Minnesota organizations that promote the Section's goal of advancing the field of conflict management and dispute resolution. The Section is particularly interested in proposals that have the potential for state-wide impact in this field. Applications can be obtained from the link above and should be submitted by November 15, 2012.
