Section Benefits and Activities

As one of the newer Sections of the Minnesota State Bar Association, ADR membership will provide you with an opportunity to shape and influence the future of ADR in Minnesota.

Receive in-depth information on issues affecting ADR through monthly meetings, targeted CLEs, seminars and legislative updates. Meet, work with, and build a powerful network of contacts in public and private sectors through monthly meetings, seminars, committees and events. Have a voice in decision-making through special committees, Supreme Court Boards, commissions, and task forces. Influence legislation and public policy through monitoring, drafting, and providing opinions on legislation. Contribute to the profession and community through newsletters, la school presentations, CLEs, development of public information pamphlets, and special projects.
