The MSBA's ADR Section Presents

"Probate/Trust Mediation—Perspectives from Two Mediators with Bench Backgrounds"

Join the ADR Section this month for its annual meeting and last CLE of the year! Two former probate judges will present on the “ins and outs” of probate mediation – what it is, how it is done and how the parties, advocates and subject matter are unique when compared to other types of mediation.

Prior to the CLE presentation, the Section will vote on proposed by-law changes and nominees for the 2012-21013 ADR Section Council.
