The MSBA's Administrative Law Section Presents

"Minnesota’s Health Insurance Exchange Legislation – A dialogue with bill authors Senator Tony Lourey and Representative Joe Atkins"

Minnesota is one a handful of States that have chosen to build a State based Health Insurance Exchange. The Minnesota Senate and House authors of the legislation will review the bills that they have introduced, discuss the issues and challenges in passing this legislation and answer questions. There are a number of exemptions from State Law that the proposed legislation contains plus many other provisions that will provide an opportunity for a dynamic and thought provoking program.
