Japanese-English bilingual and one of the following:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's, master's or Ph.D. program outside of Japan
Graduated from a bachelor's, master's or Ph.D. program outside of Japan
Students from Japan currently or was enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate exchange program for more than one year
Working professionals

During the Tokyo Summer Career Forum, participants are recommended to follow precautionary measures against Influenza A (H1N1) such as wearing a mask, washing your hands with soap and water, and gargling when returning home.
