Mission Statement
Promote visibility and recognition of the paralegal profession by building a collaborative legal environment within the MSBA and the Minnesota legal community.
Goals
- Advance the paralegal profession
- Promote professionalism, competence and high ethical standards throughout the profession
- Monitor issues relevant to the legal and paralegal professions
- Enhance professional recognition and visibility of paralegals throughout the legal profession
- Promote minimum paralegal education standards in conjunction with paralegal educators
- Promote efficient delivery of legal services through more effective utilization of legal professionals
- Bridge the connection between attorneys and paralegals to create a more cohesive environment
